Frustrated

My father passed away 1 february 2016,since from that time no benefits has been received,and my mom is an unemployed who has to take care of 4 kids by herself with no income in the house.since they say the file is with payment section but no progress.wht should we do if situation is like this.we called many times.my father s pension number is ********** 9
