My mother passed away in July 2021 and the payment took time to be processed, we have a complaint that we had been calling the department almost every month to check on the progress of our claim. However we got people from the very same department who promised to assist us with the claim and update us on everything. Those very people came to my sister and made her sign a contract without explaining properly what they would want. The company seems to be non-existent. Yet they claimed 15% from beneficiaries.

We don't know if this is how the Government serves its people and grieving families. Help us what can we do with this *****?
