Finalization of divorce claim

I would like to find out what I can do in connection with the progress of my claim.<br> I handed in my claim on 2015-05-05 at the GPAA offices and the official said that it would take maximum 90 days to be finalized. Up to date it has been 99 days (including today) and I cannot seem to find someone that can give me an update except for it is at the legal department. All I need is a payment date so that my ex-husband can make arrangements with the company for which he will be working in the Congo, because I cannot support him financially. I sent emails and contacted the call centre but to no avail. It is already past 90 days.
