File moved from payment/finance and sent back to Forensics after a 18 month delay

<p>Dear All,</p> <p> </p> <p>My mother resigned in December 2014. She is still awaiting her payment. Its has been over 1.2 years of going back and forth and calling.</p> <p> </p> <p>Her file has gone through all the necessary departments from processing and she was told that payment will come 2 weeks ago. She was told that her file was at finance/payment but when she called last friday she was told that her file has been sent back to forensics for no obvious reason!</p> <p> </p> <p>Its been 18 months of waiting. At some point the GPEF even said they lost her file. A lot of suspicious things have happened with this file. My Mother was starting to be happy after being told that her file is by the payment section and that she will get payment like two weeks ago and now the file has been sent back again.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can you please investigate this. Also, please ensure that this money is paid into the correct account as we are starting to be suspicious now and are considering reporting this to your ***** hotline as something just doesnt seem right.
