File just not being worked ob
<p>My file has been at the payment section for 3 weeks going on 4. It has been escalated and still nothing. I cannot understand what the hold up is as I have got SARS clearance and all else is fine. This is getting frustrating as I get no actual answer.</p> <p>Pension number ********** 8</p> <p> </p>
