Feedback request

I am experiencing difficulties in getting any satisfactory answers regarding the payment of my divorce settlement from the GPAA/GEPF Customer Relationship Management Team. The following reference numbers have bearing to email correspondance.

Ref LU85/ ********** 3 Ref ME71/ ********** 9 Ref JU25/ ********** 9 Ref NO33/ ********** 9 Ref TE12/ ********** 9 Ref SIP23 Ref CP ********** 8

The court order was served in September 2015 and the Choice Form was received by the GPAA/GEPF during the first week of June 2016 (see Reference TE12/ ********** 9).

I am aware of the fact that by law, payment should be made within 2 months after receipt of the Choice Form. As this is a straight forward divorce settlement I find it difficult to understand why payment has not been made.

It would be appreciated if I can have clarification on this matter.

Reviewer Update

A month has gone by since your reply above and I am still awaiting payment.

I have obtained legal advise to persue a High Court Order (at the cost of the GEPF) against the GEPF/GPAA regarding this matter to force compliance.

This is however a final attempt to settle this matter without legal assistance. Can you please liase with the relevant section and advise me of the progress.
