FAILURE TO ISSUE A LETTER OF NO OBJECTION. TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT

I have been requesting a letter of no objection since 13th February 2025 and up to date I have not received anything despite numerous follow up.

I was advised that the turnout time is 2-3 weeks around February/March, the 4 weeks lapsed, and I followed up again without success. I emphasized on the seriousness of the matter. I was advised my request has been escalated as urgent. The legal department was and is being copied to these emails, but no one is reverting to us with the letter. The case was supposed to set down for trial in April, unfortunately we could not proceed without the letter of no objection from GEPF.
