failure to give answers!!!
Until now I am still waiting for a answer from GEPF to give me a date for when they will pay out my money. They always have no answers and they tell you we still looking to it. All I am requesting is a day for my payment. These people have no respect for us, it is as of you are nothing. They are unable to talk to give you a straight answer. It been more than 5 months waiting now it at the payment phases and it been rejected and sent back. They are unable to inform me about the processes, I only receive information if I call or go to the branch!!! What kind of service is this? It seems like they sitting in they offices and doing nothing to help people.
