Extremely Poor Service and Unreasonable Delays

Extremely poor service and Unreasonable delays. I submitted GEPF application of my deceased father in April and to date , there has been absolutely no progress. Every time I follow up , I am told that my application is "still being processed" with o clear feedback or timeline. The standard waiting period was said to be 60 days but it has now been over 7 months and nothing has moved forward. This delay caused a lot of stress and inconvenience. I expect better service and communication from a government institution that handles people's hard earned pensions. Please can someone urgently investigate this matter and provide a proper update on the status of my application.
