Excellent GEPF service: Priscilla Manaiwa and Matilda Manguru

I have today visited the GEPF offices in Pretoria to obtain approval for medical treatment in respect of military injuries suffered more than 50 years ago.

This probably does not qualify as a run of the mill enquiry but I was very quickly, efficiently, professionally and in a very friendly manner attended to by Ms Priscilla Manaiwa who very quickly managed to locate the subject matter expert, Ms Matilda Manguru.

My requests were addressed in full and the process going forward was clearly explained with all prerequisites and contact details in the event that there are any anomalies.
