The processing of the pension application has been finalised ,however the amount exceeds R1 million and has to go for safety web verification via Treasury. Once the safety web verification process is approved the Tax directive will be requested from SARS and then finally the 2nd level bank validation will be done.
Once all of the above-mentioned processes have been concluded then only can the payment be released on the next available payment run.
We will keep you updated on the status of the application.
