Escalated???

<p>My claim for divorce benefit payout from my ex husband's pension (Pension nr. ********** 8) was sent to you at the end of May. I knew that there was a backlog and I was prepared to wait, but this is just ridiculous! I phoned yesterday and was told that there has been no movement on my file. How can it be that after 3 months my file has not even been looked at yet?? Now it has been escalated. What does that mean? Is it actually going to be paid out now or was that just to keep me quiet? Please I need someone to do something about this.</p>
