Enquiring as it's been 60 days
I called the GEPF on Tuesday the 5th Jan 2015 and all I received was a bad attitude from their consultant. It's been 60days and I'm stressing so I called the GEPF for a follow up since I resigned. I spoke to a lady called Talita or Tabita she gave me an attitude and ended up putting me on hold just so I don't get to rate the call. It's January I'm unemployed and I need to get my son into a school. Im stressed and all I get is bad attitude. I call with my cellphone to enquire and all I get is the lady telling me the wrong information and just putting me on hold. I honestly need someone superior to assist me and sort this out. She is supposed to service the public and this is what we get in return. I'm honestly disappointed. If a superior would listen to the call they would honestly understand where I'm coming from. That lady should not be in the call centre she has no respect what so ever. She needs follow up training she doesn't have telephone etiquette at all. What happened to servicing our citizens, what happened to people doing what they are getting paid for. This is unacceptable.
