I have started phoning the GEPF call centre since December 2015. My bank form was rejected and I have completed a new one three times. They rep**** to me that my documents are correct. Since March 2016 all my calls to the GEPF enquiries has been met with the same reply since then. My documents are at the payment section for processing. I have phoned today and my documents are not at the payment section anymore and have to submit another bankform. I have been waiting months for the documents to be processed by the payment section. My experience with several GEPF call assistant members left me despondent. Any help will be apreciated in finalising this matter please as I feel I have been sent from pillar to post with no solution.</p> </div> </div> </div> <p> </p> <div class="mobile-actions-holder" style="border-style: none; border-width: initial; outline: transparent none; margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 8px; padding: 12px 8px; height: 40px; font-size: 12px; color: #999999; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; line-height: 17.***px; background-color: #efefef;"> </div>
