<p>Lucille you got back to me yesterday to say that you "MADE AN URGENT FOLLOW UP WITH THE RELEVANT SECTION" but when I phoned this morning they said that no escalations had been made. There is still no movement on my file. Can this department please just do their job and stop playing these games!! You are messing with peoples lives.</p>
