Emotional divorce case

I submitted a claim during September 2015 and still received no payment. It is a divorce claim and it cost me over aR15000 to just get an draft from the court to state that I am entitled to 50% of my spouses pension while we were married in community of property. Pension is a shared estate if married in community of property. But I forwarded all documents to the pension fund and still did not receive any payment. Divorce cases is very sensitive issues and on my case it left me homeless and with no income . Yet I still need to struggle to get what is rightfully mine. Everytime I phone I get told to phone after 7 days going for 3 year and only to be told that because I had to complete a new choice form that my case is now treated as a new claim? Seriously? The is unacceptable and against Human Rights. After three year of divorce I can still not get closure.
