efficiency has a new home

I honestly want to show the most appreciation for the effectiveness and efficiency. I had my claim submitted on the 23rd of January and it took only five days to process the entire claim and make it ready for payment. This level of efficiency has to be celebrated and highly appreciated. GEPF please can this be a daily SOP, I know and understand some of the claims are complicated by administrative errors. But when the opportunity presents itself, please take advantage. we must have this type of message every day..........
