Don't reply.. No response

Good day<br> <br> I asked my daughter to mail GEPF regarding monies which was paid out to me after myself and wife got divorced. I would like to know how can it be that I ended up with a fraction of the monies of which she received from my pension. I asked them countless time for a proper explanation,but to date they fail to answer the questions. They just simply don't read the emails. My daughter receives everytime a e-mail stating not read. Why don't they just simply answer the question as to why I received so little monies from my ex-wife's pension. I hope this e-mail gets read and I receive a good response.
