Divorced claim

Pension number ********** 1 I hereby want to state my frustration regarding my divorce claim. After I submitted my complaint I never received any positive feedback. My claim is still at the same stage since 2018/07/16 with legal department without any progress. I did receive calls from the call centre but every time it's negative feedback while my claim stay unchanged. I hereby feel that I do not receive the service that I'm entitled too. I gave GEPF ample time to attend to my complaint and claim but without any success. I also feel that I deserve by law the money owned to me and while for no reason that my claim can not be finalized its unfare that while my money are still with GEPF they receive interest on this money and this interest do not come to me in stead its goes to GEPF. Because of this unfair and ******** treatment as I stated in my previous email I have now other choice but to had this matter over to my lawyer and also to submit a further claim for interest lost while GEPF is at the receiving end and also for me to register a case with the SAPS for the contravention of a court order as well. I feel that the matter should have been finalized a long time back and that GEPF disrespect and undermine me although I did state my concern with my previous email and without any success as stated before.
