DIVORCED AND BEING DENIED 2 POT CLAIM

Government Employees Pension Fund I claimed for 2 pot on 2024-09-14 my SARS directive was on 2024-10-11 and I called the whole day the system was offline. Now that the system is on after holding for 46 minutes I am told 51 days after claiming that there's no payment date because of 2011 divorce, talking to a consultant by the name Rosslyn who seemed even reluctant to assist. I am definitely sure that GEPF has my divorce settlement which clearly state that my ex doesn't want to claim his shares from my pensions. This is stressful to see people claiming now in November and already having their payment dates but mine still doesn't have. Anyone who can be able to assist please assist me or rather cancel that claim I will go and make a loan from the bank. This whole ordeal is stressing me and no one seems to care
