Divorce settlement payout

As I have read on a few other complaints on this site, I am sitting with the same issue. I stay in Gauteng & my Ex in Durban. I was divorced on the 5 March 2015, with a uge struggle I recieved my divorce decree from the High court of KZN on the 3 June 2015, the decree is dated and stamped by high court, dated 29 May 2015. I completed all the relavent froms that the GEPF & GPAA requiered of me, I personal went to hand in the choice form, SARS, Bank stamped form with ID copy, all certified at SAPS in Bedfordview. I then went through to the SAPS Head office, Wachthuis, Thimbalt Arcade, 22 Preorius street, Pretoria. The person that recieved the copleted forms from me, signed a recipient form that I drew up, dated on the 5 June 2015 at exatly 12H05. I started calling GEPF a month later, with calls going on a voice recording & waiting for up to 15min for someone to answer the call, 1 of the time i did get through was on the 4 July 2015 & they said that they have only recieved the forms on the 3 July 2015, I have sent emails about every week with only 1 reply on the 22 July 2015. I need to know after nearly 4 months where is this matter standing, no positive responses from the GEPF at al
