Divorce settlement pay-out

First I have send the court order and other relevant documents to the GEPF and the received it on 13/11/2014. I phoned the Call Centre to confirm that. After various calls to the call centre I always hear that the Legal Department is still busy with the documents. Later on when I phoned they said I should complete a choice form. I did so and send it to them. On 11/3/2015 they confirmed that they received the form and that the form was send to the Legal Department. After another couple of calls they inform me, when I phoned again, that the SARS document was not correct and they needed a police stamp on the court order as well to authenticate it. Why could they not phone me to say that, I always need to phone them. On 26/6/2015 the GEPF received all the correct documentation and since then the Legal Departments is still busy processing it. Every week the Call Centre tells me that they are still busy and on 12/8/2015 I was told that an email requesting feedback was send to the legal department. I phoned this afternoon and still no feedback. WHAT IS TAKING SO LONG. Pension nr ***0 <br> I am still waiting...... You keep telling me they are looking into it... My first report 2/9/2015
