Divorce settlement not paid.

My mother passed away in 2025 to date GEPF has not paid my mother's divorce settlement to the late estate account. They keep saying the account is with payment department it has been there since last year. It's funny because the other partner was paid his settlement in December 2025. I have been waiting and making follow up GEPF IS USELESS I get no help eve the executor are getting no help from GEPF.
