Divorce settlement

I recently got divorced and I'm STILL waiting for the pension to be paid out as per my divorce settlement agreement. Initially we send the forms in July. When we were not getting any feedback from them my ex husband sent an email following up on the progress. He was told that the documents were received and are being processed. A few weeks later I called the call centre and was told that my documents are being processed and should call in every week to follow up. The following week I called only to be told that there is a form outstanding so my claim can not be processed. The consultant I spoke to sent me the form. I filled it in and was submitted. This was in September. To this day I call every week following up only to be told the same thing that my documents were received and are with legal and the legal department has a backlog. Their backlog has nothing to do with me. I'm drowning in debt and struggling to provide for my 2 kids. Should our home be taken away from us before these people understand that we need this money? Should my kids be kicked out of school before they take me seriously? I want my money to be paid in asap. Backlog or not. It's not like I'm asking for a hand out. This is the money that's due to me and should be paid. The time has passed their 60 days turnaround time. I am also going to contact my lawyer to help me with this. You don't understand that you are dealing with people's lives. I want to know the pay date as soon as yesterday. I have creditors to answer to and kids to feed.
