divorce pay out

Hi Megan, I'm so sorry but this is unacceptable, the Report that I received to say about the backlog, The backlog is not my problem.I did not create the backlog.This is now 105 days since I hand delivered the documents to the GEPF on the 28 July 2015 , & as per the GPAA they only recieved the documents on the 05 August 2015, which makes it 97 days. As per the High court of Port Elizabeth my claim against my X's GEPF should have been paid out to me in my bank account with in 30 days of divorce, so that means that if the GEPF/GPAA recieved the documents on 28 July 2015 should have been paid out with in the 30 day tearms that the high court has put down, So the GEPF/GPAA has violated the high court order of my Divorce decree. It just seems to me that the GEPF/GPAA refuses to comply with the justice system of South Africa and the clean break rule stating that the money must be paid out in 60 days. What does the GEPF/GPAA want me to do, should I go back to the High court and apply for judgement. This is not a threat, this department is playing with all the claiming people's lives.Does the GEPF knows the Bathopele principals: Service delivery.They don't know what it is.
