I am Mariska.I submitted my choice from on the 28 July 2015 with all relevant documents at Kwantu Towers Port Elizabeth.I phoned GEPF and was told that my choice form with relevant documents was received by the Clean Break Unit on 05 August 2015.Since then every time I. Lodge an enquiry I am told that there is a backlog and the 60 days waiting period does not apply anymore.The GEPF Act states clearly that the GEPAA have 60 days to make the pay out.Every call agent to whom I talked to tell me a different story.How long must I wait for my money.My divorce degree indicates that the gepf have 30days to pay out the money.gepf is not adhering to their own Act which states that the money must be paid out in 60days.if gepf is not adhering to their own act I will apply for judgement.
