Divorce claim pending

I lodged a divorce claim on the 15 October 2022,late November I was told final divorce order doesn't have correct stamp,I submitted a correct document,it was scanned in to their system on the 3rd January,now last week I was told there is no final divorce order to my document,Like these people keep saying something that you don't understand,tried to email Ederth Glyne their manager he's now no longer responding to my emails. Pls help me guy's I'm desperate
