divorce claim payout

After numerous follow ups with Gepf call centre I still get the \your claim has not been finalised"I mean it's now the fourth month since I submitted divorce claim docs. One agent at their call centre even had a nerve of telling me that it is not my money anyway. Pay out was suppose to be done in Oct 10th already. I have legal costs to cover and 3 mouths to feed and take to school. Why does Gepf say payments will be done 60 days after receipt of all docs if they lying. Until today I must still phone their call center every week to be told that the matter has not been finalised. They causing so much suffering. Someone please tell me when will I get was is rightfully mine as it was granted by the high court of law! """
