Divorce benefits not given priority
I am shocked at the level of service that GEPF offers to say the least.<br> I submitted all the relevant documents for my divorce benefit claim, and were confirmed received on the 01st of September 2015. In the letter from GEPF to me it was said that pay out would be 60 days after the receipt of all documents. It has been over 60 days and nothing has been paid into my account. What I also find shocking is their every week response when I call them \ your file is still with our Legal Dept"Really! I need to know when are they going to do the pay out"
