Dissatisfied citizen

I am so not happy with gepf my daughter passed on the 1-06-2026 I put a claim through in June and till today everything i call they say its stuck at payment and I have escalated more than once spoke to 2 supervisors an still till today nothing has been done im 85 years old and this is not fair im going to take further steps and going to social media for help GEPF employees do not want work im so disappointed and need my funds released asap
