DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Good day, You can call me frustrated. I am trying since yesterday to get through to GEPF on their 0800... number. Finally today just after 12h30 someone answered. I was so relieved, but when I told the gentleman how I struggled to get through, he cut me off and left me in the cold. I immediately tried again as I was eager to resolve my query. A lady by the name of Ravonia answered and she also was not interested to listen to my complaint, although I felt strongly to make them aware of their bad service. She told me to cut my long story and get to the point. Rude!!! I gave her the ID number and employee (persal) number, which I thought would be sufficient, but she wanted the pension number as well, as if these numbers are not linked to the pension number. Because I did not have it I now have to try again and hope to be assisted swiftly and in a more professional manner.
