disgusting service

I called Ermelo offices to enquire about documents I sent for a claim. I was transferred to the receptionist and she was extremely rude. I asked to speak to Zodwa and she asked for the surname, when I advised that I do not know the surname she asked how is she supposed to know who I want to speak to. I asked her why is she being rude and she hung up.

This is not the first time where your staff has had attitude. I am unsure why people are servicing the public have so much attitude. Its really appalling.
