Disgusting service

I made a divorce claim since last year September, they have been sending me from pillar to post about the missing pages on my forms which were first submitted by my attorney and later on by me as I needed things to be finalised, they're call centre agents are not informed and will always say that the file is with the legal departments and I must keep on calling to hear if it's done or not, this people are taking advantage and getting away with ****** because they are working for the government, I'm beyond disgusted about this poor service and level of incompetence, this is my last resort and hope this will be concluded soon.
