Worst and disgusted service ever. I app**** for a death benefit in 2020 never received any feedback at all. I have sent emails went to a branch and sent emails to the higher up i checked all the reviews on the platform and its all the same.

My question is why is this people here what is the GEPF doing are they here to just take our hard earned money. Is this not suppose to be a benefit yet it feels likes a liability.

Its disgusting we need to wait years to claim the funds and the spend time and effort to email and we get the same reply.

I guest i wont even get a reply from them
