Disgusted by the service of GEPF

I resigned from my employer in 2017 and GEPF has not paid me. I was told now that I need to do a reissue, I sent my documents 3 times in the past few months and they were not received. I ended up going to do it in the branch, I i was told I need to do a reissue but I did over a month ago. My issue is that I am calling every week and I am getting the same thing “ The documents are at the reissue section there’s nothing outstanding, call back after 5 business days.” This is unacceptable to say the least. Sometimes they tell me the file was worked on 2 days ago then I call again they said it’s last worked 2 weeks ago. I am up to my eye***** with GEPF and their lack of urgency and professionalism My pension number is : ***0
