Disgusted by the level of service and professionalism

I am so utterly disgusted with the service of the GEPF especially in this trying times and for years of devoted service I have provided! I have retired in April already and yet I have not received my pension. I call everyweek for 5 whole months and everytime I call im told to call back within 7 days. I have sent nurmerous emails and vague answers are provided! I have escalated and requested management to call me but no one has up until today.On top of it all Zandile in the call centre has this stinking attitude as if she is doing me a favour.I have no salary, I have no food in my home my family is dependant on me for income. I need this to be sorted as soon as possible!!! I want my salary paid end of August NO EXCEPTIONS! MRS EM ADAMS
