Disgusted at the Gepf service

About two weeks. Ago junior investigators came to my house to verify I am the person claiming my pension. I thought now I am going to be paid. To my disgust I get the same message when calling call tomorrow call next week, by Friday if the money is not in call Tuesday. What's wrong with this people do they know people wait sometimes until they die for their pension. This is so pathetic.
