Disastrous service from gpef for clean break divorce payment. 12 months later still no payout

In February last year I put in a claim for clean break divorce. It has been 12 months still no payout. I get no response to my emails. I phone on a daily basis. Once a week of I am happy I get throug to a consultant. The are so unhelpful, so ***********. Please can someone assist with this complaint as the gepf staff could not give a **** about customer service. Help please
