Disappointment 😞

I would like to express my disappointments as i app**** for my nieces funds since May 2021, i was told to check after 3 months and now its 10 months and every friday I'm at the GEPF offices as i'm told to come back every friday, when i get there am told they'll email people who deals with payments and they'll get back to me but no one is even making an effort to do so.This morning again i passed there and i was told the same thing and promised to be called before twelve which i'm still waiting. The worst part is that this kids really need this for their school transport, uniforms and school fees....I am really disappointed...their parents paid GEPF so they can secure their kids future when it comes to payments it seems to be difficult or rather they do not care.
