Disappointed with GEPF

Delay of death payment by inefficient GEPF My wife passed away on 31 Octobee 2018 and I have struggle since then to ge payment from GEPF. Please help. Everytime I phone them I get another excuse. I am battling to survive but GEPF jist doesn't give a damn. May be they want me to jist gove up so they can pocket the money, I cannot think of another excuse for them not to finalise this. Or may be their emolpoyees are inefficient, which is a shame for such a reputable organisation. I am so disappointed in the GEPF.
