Disappointed in the GEPF

My partner passed away in 2023 ,he left our minor daughter the beneficiary,I have app**** for the life partnership application but with no response to date ,it has been a huge financial stain on me as my daughter and I were financially dependent on my partner. I have made numerous attempts to contact the GEPF and when I do get through to their phone lines ,the feedback is always that my application is under review.. mind you it’s been 2 years . How are the loved ones of the deceased supposed to survive if GEPF holds monies that are due to them ransom .#help
