Disappointed from GEPF.

I hope i will get assistance for the below, I hope i will get help from you. I have been pushed from pillar to post, I call almost every week but I still get no assistance. I'm going through alot and GEPF is not coming to the party.

I have since submitted my Claim in April, & promise to get a response within 60days. but now still no response. everytime i call I get a different story & I don't get any updates. I had two missing documents I submitted, but no one bothered to check them. The matter has been escalated but still no assistance. Do you understand the pain you are taking us through? It's almost the end of the year. Please kindly assist me. THEY NEVER RESPOND TO THIER EMAILS.
