Disappointed

Good day

I urgently need assistance with my late fathers payout from the military.

I went to the GEPF offices on the 23/12/2022 for info about my fathers money but apparently nothing picked up on the system.

I was than told that if he did not apply for a Pension fund the system wont pick up anything.

Military is Government and Pension Fund is a compulsory debit from your salary.

What frustrates me is, the lady by teller 3 could not evens turn the PC to show me that nothing is showing on the system.

What I need to know is was my father paid out, who got his pay out and proof of that please.
