Dipho, rude agent at GEPF

My grandmother and I were calling to request some documents and the lady we spoke to, Dipho, was extremely rude. She started shouting at me because I was calling with my grandmother and speaking. I have been on many calls and I have never been spoken to in this manner. How do you have people who are so disrespectful?
