DHA *****

My issue is with DHA, some time ago, putting it mildly, years ago. I app**** at the DHA in Paarl for a relative permit for my inlaws (Italians), at the time there was mention of a deposit which had to be paid in cash (20K), in the event my inlaws were to have to leave the country which should serve as a return ticket, that also meant should the permit expire funds were to be returned to payee, that was 2015. Not a cent was refunded.
