DESPERATE PENSIONER IN NEW ZEALAND.

I am a South African pensioner living in New Zealand. Each year in May I have to submit a verified Life Certificate Form stating I am still alive in order to receive this pension. In April I emailed *** requesting this Form as I was going on holiday for a month, from mid-May to mid-June ..... NO RESPONSE. To date I have emailed GPAA seven (7) times ie: 15 & 18 April, 29 July, 1 & 13 August. NO RESPONSE. Then on 14 August I wrote to Gauteng Branch Manager, Mr Sisi Mpye ... NO RESPONSE. I even tried phoning them but was told the number was inactive. In desperation I contacted Financial Services (Pretoria) 20 August - they spoke to Thabile Mahlasela on the Call Centre who emailed my Life Verification Form which was dated Feb 2019, to Financial Services, which was then emailed to me. Within one day I had visited a lawyer and the form was verified. Having Tbabile Mahlasela's email address, I contacted her on the 21 August, requesting the physical address of Pensions in Pretoria as well as the up-do-date email address. NO RESPONSE FROM HER EITHER. My last pension received was 30 May. No pension for the last 3 months. I am now desperate. I used the following email addresses: ***, ***, *** and ***. NO RESPONSE FROM ANY OF THEM. On Friday 23 August I emailed my verified Life Verification Form to the address given on the form which is: ***. ONCE AGAIN NO RESPONSE. I will now have to fly to South Africa to HAND DELIVER this Form and to find out what the hell is going on at PENSIONS. Are they bankrupt or do they not have any staff?
