Department of education pension fund

I'm Ntombiyake Mavuso. I took an early pension last year and it was approved by the 1 December 2021, since 20 November 2021 that was my last income. I was told to expect the money today of my pension fund consultant but when I called today for follow up I was told to wait again for April. I haven't got any income
