Delays in Government Pension Payouts causing deteriorating health to our parents. When will it end?

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Thi is a sad story tha my mom has been sent left right and centre for her pension payout after being a civil servant for years. 4 Months down the line and she has not recieved her money, she is becoming ill because of the stress. When she calls she's been told in 2 months time, even today she recived the same response. She even went to the Pretoria offices and a lady promised to resolve and have her money processed in a weeks time and now its already 2 weeks and she's getting the 2 months story when she calls</p> <p> </p> <p><br />This is so unfair to say the least. Can somebody please assist. She has lost hope that she will get her money .
