Delays due to GEPF Internal errors

Unbelievable!!! On 29 Oct I called the GEPF and surpisingly enough I was told that the finance section was on the verge of requesting a tax directive from SARS and that I could therefore expect that my claim would be finalised and paid within a few days. Today I call again and the GEPF agent tells me that due to an internal error my file was sent back to another section and therefore the directive was not requested and that there is no date of finalisation and payment.<br> <br> So I suppose it's back to square one for me, having to call again once or twice a week for the next few weeks to hear the same story\in process no payment date". Continued frustration"
