Delayed pension payout

I have since awaited my pension payout since March 2023 to date I have been taken from pillar to post. I am now receiving messages that SARS declined my tax directive & requested to send notice of registration twice now. Just now at 20:50 I received an sms stating that my tax directive has been declined by SARS therefore my pension payout has been delayed although I resubmitted a new notice of registration which was requested. According to SARS , GEPF must cancel yhe 1st tax directive which was received & approved on 28-29 June 2023 before sending a new application as there are two contradicting amounts. I have escalated the matter to the supervisor Mr Zach Mafalo who never acknowledged my emails hence I am now seeking help from you. My birthday was a disaster on Monday 21/08/2023 due to insufficient funds whereas I have money lying at GEPF. I even called their ***** line the other day when a consultant there told me why am I thinking it's ***** cause no one stole my money & I told her I am amazed how my case has been treated unlike my other colleagues whom their pension took 1-2 months to be payed out.
